Onyina-Acheampong's career includes serving as General Manager at Ecom Ghana (Kiteko Ghana Limited) and General Manager at Ecom Ghana (Unicom Commodities Ghana Limited (Cocoa) And Unicom Specialties Company Limited (Cashew)). In the 9th Parliament, Onyina-Acheampong is a member of the Independent Constitutional Bodies and Budget committees.
