Forson was educated at Accra business school (Kwame Nkrumah university of science and technology) (Masters in business administration, 2021), Oxford University department of continuing education (Leadership, 2019) and Institute of Professional Studies (Certificate in marketing, 2007). Forson's career includes serving as Marketing executive at Voting Technik motors and Marketing manager/ consultant at Honda place. In the 9th Parliament, Forson chairs the Backbenchers' Business Committee and is a member of the Information and Communications and Employment, Labour Relations and Pensions committees.
