Addo-Kenneth's career includes serving as District Chief Executive at Ministry of Local Government Decentralization and Rural Development and Teacher at Ghana Education Service. In the 9th Parliament, Addo-Kenneth is Deputy Ranking Member of the Private Member's Bill and Private Member's Motion Committee and is a member of the Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Committee.
