Isaac Ashai Odamtten is the Member of Parliament for Tema East in the Greater Accra Region, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Odamtten is serving a second term, having also served in the 8th Parliament. Born on 13 May 1972, Odamtten hails from Tema. Odamtten was educated at Oral Robert University (Master of Arts (MPT), 2025), GIMPA (Certificate in Project Management, 2012) and University of Ghana (MBA - Accounting, 2004). Odamtten's career includes serving as Metro Chief Executive at Government of Ghana and Head of Finance / Senior Manager Corporate Services at International Commercial Bank. In the 9th Parliament, Odamtten is Vice Chairperson of the Employment, Labour Relations and Pensions Committee and is a member of the Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs, Independent Constitutional Bodies and Committee of Selection committees.
