Born on 29 August 1971, Enu hails from Cape Coast. Enu was educated at Ghana School of Law (Barrister at Law Certificate, 2004), University of Ghana, Legon (Post Graduate Barchelor of Laws, 2002; Bachelor of Arts, 1999) and St John's School, Sekondi (A Level, 1993). Enu's career includes serving as Founder and Managing Partner at Enuson and Associates Limi and Associate at Awuku Asebere Law Consult. In the 9th Parliament, Enu is Vice Chairperson of the Constitutional and Legal Affairs Committee and is a member of the Subsidiary Legislation Committee.
