Patrick Yaw Boamah is the Member of Parliament for Okaikwei Central in the Greater Accra Region, representing the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Boamah is serving a fourth term, having also served in the 6th Parliament, 7th Parliament and 8th Parliament. Born on 19 September 1974, Boamah hails from Muoso/Effiduasi/Adasawase. Boamah was educated at M.A. International Affairs, Legon (M.A, 2010), Ghana Law School (QCL, 2009) and University of Ghana (LLB, 2008). Boamah's career includes serving as Lawyer at Boamah & Partners(Law Firm) and Associate at Sam Okudzato & Associates. In the 9th Parliament, Boamah chairs the Subsidiary Legislation Committee and is a member of the Appointments and Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration committees.
