Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi is the Member of Parliament for Lower Manya Krobo in the Eastern Region, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Terlabi is serving a fourth term, having also served in the 6th Parliament, 7th Parliament and 8th Parliament. Born on 3 September 1963, Terlabi hails from Odumase Krobo. Terlabi was educated at KNUST (MPHIL Biochemistry, 2000), University of Ghana, legon (BSc. BioChemistry, 1989) and Pope John Secondary School, Koforidua (None, 1985). Terlabi's career includes serving as Lecturer at KNUST and Research Officer at CSIR. In the 9th Parliament, Terlabi is a member of the Environment, Science and Technology and Committee of Selection committees.
