Francis-Xavier Kojo Sosu is the Member of Parliament for Madina in the Greater Accra Region, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Sosu is serving a second term, having also served in the 8th Parliament. Born on 12 February 1979, Sosu hails from Denu. Sosu was educated at University of Ghana (PhD. Law, 2025; M.A (Economic Policy Management), 2020; B.A (Sociology with Archaeology), 2005), Faculty of Law, University of Ghana (Master of Laws (LLM) Oil and Gas Law, 2014; Bachelor of Laws (LLB), 2008) and Ghana School of Law (B.L, 2010). Sosu's career includes serving as Managing Partner at F-X Law and Associates and Legal Counsel at Logan & Associates. In the 9th Parliament, Sosu is Ranking Member of the Subsidiary Legislation Committee and is a member of the Constitutional and Legal Affairs, Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration and Special Committee (Winnowing) committees.
