Frederick Yaw Ahenkwah is the Member of Parliament for Jaman North in the Bono Region, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Ahenkwah is serving a second term, having also served in the 8th Parliament. Born on 24 June 1982, Ahenkwah hails from Sampa. Ahenkwah was educated at University of Cape Coast (Master of Education, 2014), University of Education, Winneba (Bachelor of Education, 2010) and Wiawso Training College (Teacher, 2004). Ahenkwah's career includes serving as Form Master& Subject Teacher at Ghana Education Service. In the 9th Parliament, Ahenkwah is Vice Chairperson of the Trade, Industry and Tourism Committee and is a member of the Lands and Natural Resources and Public Accounts committees.
