Aboagye was educated at University of Ghana, Legon (Master of Laws in Energy Law, 2025), Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) (Msc Energy Economics, 2023) and Lancaster University (LLB, 2021). Aboagye's career includes serving as CEO at Geospence Ghana Limited and General Manager at Balagi Gemlust GH Ltd. In the 9th Parliament, Aboagye is Ranking Member of the Energy Committee and is a member of the Standing Orders Committee.
