Helen Adjoa Ntoso is the Member of Parliament for Krachi West in the Oti Region, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Ntoso is serving a fourth term, having also served in the 6th Parliament, 7th Parliament and 8th Parliament. Born on 26 May 1959, Ntoso hails from Kete Krachi. Ntoso was educated at Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (Master of Arts, 2015). Ntoso's career includes serving as Regional Minister at Office of the President and Director of Operations at NADMO. In the 9th Parliament, Ntoso chairs the Gender, Children and Social Welfare Committee and is a member of the Defence and Interior, Parliamentary Affairs, Privileges and Immunities and Ways and Means committees.
