Oti is serving a fourth term, having also served in the 6th Parliament, 7th Parliament and 8th Parliament. Born on 19 October 1979, Oti hails from Saboba , N/R. Oti was educated at University of Ghana (MA, Public Affairs, 2020). In the 9th Parliament, Oti chairs the Sanitation and Water Resources Committee and is a member of the Roads and Transportation and Human Rights committees.
