Kodua was educated at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (Post-Graduate Diploma, 2023), University of Cape Coast (Degree, 2009; Diploma, 2007) and University of Management Studies (Certificate, 1999). Kodua's career includes serving as Regional Director at National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO). In the 9th Parliament, Kodua chairs the Petitions Committee, is Vice Chairperson of the Judiciary Committee and is a member of the Energy Committee.
