Kwame Twumasi Ampofo is the Member of Parliament for Sene West in the Bono East Region, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Ampofo is serving a fourth term, having also served in the 6th Parliament, 7th Parliament and 8th Parliament. Born on 3 June 1968, Ampofo hails from Kwame Danso. Ampofo was educated at Montclair University (On-going, 2025), Essex County University (BSc in Organizational Management, 2003) and University College of Education, Winneba (Construction Technology and Management with Education, 1999). Ampofo's career includes serving as Managing Director at Premier Pharmaceutical and Technical Teacher at Ghana Education Service. In the 9th Parliament, Ampofo is Ranking Member of the Public Administration and State Interests Committee and is a member of the Energy, Chieftaincy, Culture and Religious Affairs and Budget committees.
