Issaka was educated at GIMPA (MSc Energy Economics, 2021; MPHil in Development Finance, 2019), University of Dundee,Scotland UK (MBA Int Oil and Gas Mgt, 2011) and University of Professional Studies (BSc Accounting, 2009). Issaka's career includes serving as Senior Research Officer at Inter Ministerial Coordinating Committee on Decentralizat. In the 9th Parliament, Issaka is a member of the Parliamentary Affairs and Budget committees.
