Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah is the Member of Parliament for Salaga South in the Savannah Region, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Ibrahimah is serving a second term, having also served in the 8th Parliament. Born on 27 July 1970, Ibrahimah hails from Kpembe. Ibrahimah was educated at University of Anglia (MA Diplomacy and Int. Business, 2012), University of Ghana (EMBA, 2007; MA Communication Studies, 2006) and University of Cape Coast (BA Management Studies, 1998). Ibrahimah's career includes serving as Minister Counsellor at Ghana High Commission, London and Deputy Director at Information Services Department. In the 9th Parliament, Ibrahimah is Vice Chairperson of the Gender, Children and Social Welfare Committee and is a member of the Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Sanitation and Water Resources and Office of Profit committees.
