Broadcast Journalist and General Manager of GHone TV and Starr FM, Nana Aba Anamoah, has lambasted a popular Ghanaian Blogger, Sika Official, over false claims of the resignation of Serwaa Amihere from GHOne TV this morning.
In a tweet, the General manager chastised the blogger for putting out false information, which she deemed was not expected of a blogger of his caliber as such content taints his professionalism.
She further emphasized that Serwaa Amigere has not resigned from the Media house, as the blogger claimed in his Twitter post a few minutes before the rejoinder.
She expressed her amazement at the blogger’s blunder rating him as unprofessional as compared to others in the blogging space, and further tagging him as a fake blogger.
“I used to think so highly of you…I never pictured you as a fake blogger. Turns out you’re more unprofessional than the others. Such a shame.
Serwaa has not resigned from GHOne”.
This rejoinder by Nana Aba comes a few minutes after Sika Official tweeted that Broadcast journalist Serwaa Amihere had tendered her resignation, which happens to be misinformation.
Serwaa Amihere is a Broadcast Journalist with GHOne TV and has won multiple media awards owing to her outstanding performance as a broadcaster. She was named the Female Newscaster for two years running at the Radio & Television Personality (RTP) Awards (2018–2019). She also bagged the Best Television Female News Anchor of the same prestigious awards scheme and other honors to her name.
