Kumah was educated at The international centre for governance and policy (Certificate, 2024), International law Institute (Certificate, 2022) and Institute of local government studies (Masters of arts with research, 2014). Kumah's career includes serving as House one master at GES and Foreman at Optimistic Mm ltd. In the 9th Parliament, Kumah is Vice Chairperson of the Education Committee and is a member of the Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration and Private Member's Bill and Private Member's Motion committees.
