Rashida Saani earns global recognition with nomination for prestigious Global Leadership Award

Chief Executive Officer of The Ghana Report and I-ZAR Group, Rashida Saani, has been nominated for the coveted Global Leadership Award at the upcoming Global Entrepreneurs Award, set to take place from November 21st to 23rd, 2025, at the La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.

The Global Entrepreneurs Award, hosted during the Global Entrepreneurship Festival, is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious platforms honoring trailblazing leaders and entrepreneurs who are redefining industries and driving global impact.

Rashida’s nomination places her among an elite group of transformative figures celebrated for their outstanding contributions to leadership, economic development, and innovation.

Rashida Saani’s influence spans across multiple sectors including media, real estate, retail, hospitality, and IT. Since founding I-ZAR Group in 2009, she has built a formidable business empire that not only thrives commercially but also prioritizes social transformation.

Her ventures include I-ZAR Homes, which delivers affordable yet premium housing solutions, and RAWW Ltd, a social enterprise factory in Northern Ghana enhancing the value chain of shea butter production while offering skills training to the youth.

As a communications strategist, philanthropist, and mentor, Rashida continues to empower Ghana’s next generation of entrepreneurs.

Through her BOYA Initiative, she provides critical support to women and underprivileged children, promoting sustainable livelihoods and inclusive development.

Her remarkable journey and unwavering commitment to excellence have previously earned her the People’s Choice Award, Female Category at the 2018 40 Under 40 Achievers Awards, among other accolades.

The Global Entrepreneurship Festival, where the award ceremony will be held, is set to be the biggest entrepreneurship event in the world, drawing over 10 million viewers, 10,000+ participants, 100+ exhibitors, global speakers from over 70 countries, and 17+ international TV stations.
