Akuffo-Addo’s new ministerial nominees undergo vetting today

The new ministers who were recently elected by His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo are currently in the vetting process.

Mr. K.T Hammond, who was nominated as the trade and industry minister is the first nominee to appear before the ‘Appointments Committee of Parliament’.

Mr. Stephen Amoah, the Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso, and the deputy trade minister is equally expected to meet the panel today.

Again, the Member of Parliament for Abetifi Constituency and the nominee for the ministry of food and agriculture, Mr. Bryan Acheampong will follow suit.

OB Amoah, the Akwapim South lawmaker, has also been nominated to chair the affairs of the state at the Ministry of local level as the Minister.

Stephen Asamoah Boateng, and Dr. Mohammed Amim Adam among the other nominated personalities are required to meet the Appointments Committee for the vetting.
