Born on 27 March 1970, Amoah hails from Kronom Afrancho. Amoah was educated at KNUST (Doctor of Philosopy (acturial Science), 2021; BSC, 2004), Massachusette Institute of Technoogy (Post Gradute Certificate, 2019) and Universityof Derby (MSC Strategic Financial Management, 2007). Amoah's career includes serving as CEO at Ghana Government. In the 9th Parliament, Amoah is Deputy Ranking Member of the Finance Committee and is a member of the Parliamentary Affairs Committee.
