Brighton qualifies for the Europa League

Brighton and Holve Albion have managed to qualify for the UEFA Europa League next season after they placed 6th on the league table following a 1-1 draw with Manchester City.

The stunning equaliser from Julion Encisco graced the team’s entry into the Europa League. and the American Express Community Stadium was erupted with the Europa League anthem after the game.


Manchester City’s youngster, Phil Foden broke the deadlock with an assist from Erling Haalaand after he squeezed the ball beyond Jan Paul Van Hecke.

The Paraguayan Julio Encisco equalised for the seagulls to rise in hope after a stunning strike from the 25 yards put the ball in the cleft corner of the net.

Manchester city nearly crushed the seagulls Europa League dream after Erling Haaland’s 79th minute goal was reviewed by VAR when he pulled the shirt of his marker in the build up to the goal.

Brighton with 66 points sealed thir 6th position on the league table which concurrently gives them the entry in their first UEFA Europa League.
