Zionfelix bemoans his hacked YouTube account

Popular Ghanaian YouTuber, Zion Felix has bemoaned the hacking of his YouTube account for the second time, making him lose all the contents posted on Zion Felix TV temporarily.

In a new YouTube video uploaded via his different account, Zionfelix Studios, the high-profile interviewer revealed that his account, which hosts most of the interviews he has granted for entertainment, corporate, and high-profile personalities, has been hacked for the second time, and currently the account is being used to stream “CEO Tesla Elon Musk vs. Facebook MacZuckerberg : Tech Titans Showdow,” which has over  330, 000 views.

The unfortunate incident is that he bemoans the hacking of his AdSense account as well, and the perpetrators have changed the passwords to both accounts.

He narrated that, he was about to move out of his house when he received a message from Google directing him to log into his recovery email through his main email account.

This baffled him, so he returned to sit behind his PC and rectify the error. He realized the password for his account, Zionfelix TV, had been changed by the perpetrators, denying him access to the account. He recounted that he has made several attempts to recover it, but he is a novice to the process that has been prompted for him to follow.

He stated that if he is recovering his account, he usually uses his recovery email and his phone number. However, this time that is not the case as he has been requested to insert a USB and afterwards key in his YouTube code, which he claims he doesn’t have as the USB is new to him and hence he lacks operational skills with it.

Nevertheless, he remarked that the perpetrators haven’t deleted the account, but have kept all the contents private and are streaming content he has no idea about.

He then recounted how he recommends victims of similar cases to lodge a complaint with Team YouTube on Twitter. He stated that he has lodged a complaint with the said account on Twitter, and they follow each other following a complaint on the same issue.

He was sent a link to verify if he is the actual account holder of the account in question, and beneath the link is an indication that rectifying the breach will take three working days.He then urged viewers to access his other account, as he hopes to retrieve the account and the contents recorded on it.
