Mr Eugene Gyamfi Ansong was honoured with two different prestigious awards at the first session of the fourth congregation of the University of Media, Arts and Communication (UniMAC) last Friday.
He graduated with first-class honours, attaining an impressive Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.87, which earned him the awards for Best Graduating Male Student and Best Graduating Student from the Faculty of Business and Strategic Communication.
Mr. Ansong took home a laptop, accessories, and GH¢5,000 in cash, presented during the university’s graduation ceremony at the Dzorwulu Campus, with sponsorship from the Lebanese Embassy and Prudential Bank, respectively.
Speaking to the media after the awards ceremony, Mr. Ansong expressed profound gratitude to God for making the achievement possible.
He explained that the recognition would significantly influence and shape his professional journey going forward.
Mr. Ansong said he was deeply humbled by the honour and regarded it as a major milestone in his academic and career development.
He added that he hoped the award would inspire other students to pursue excellence and make a meaningful impact in their respective fields.
