In a bid to promote literacy and quality education in line with SDG 4, the EllaCares Foundation has successfully hosted the Wisdom Readers Challenge. Held at Meadow Basic School in Darkuman, the initiative unfolded in two phases: the first on 19th July 2025, introducing students from Basic 5 to JHS 2 to the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, with 20 copies distributed among top performers. Armed assailants have shot and killed a 68-year-old British national at a drinking spot opposite the Tema Community 9 cemetery on Friday, November 7, 2025.
