Leticia Karaman Yipala, widely known as Dagaati Girl Official, a Ghanaian blogger who is one of the rare female bloggers rocking shoulders with male bloggers, was also present at the gathering.

In a tweet, the ambassador expressed her delight at meeting and dining with the ladies. She wrote on her Twitter account,  “Yet another very enjoyable #iwd evening with brilliant young? active, enterprising  & resourceful women.  Ladies @dagaatigirl_official @yazmeenofficial @ChichiYakubu@shesuthman @cocosfamilycircle  @talkative_mom@jessicaosgh
@passiboo  & women have so much in common”
Speaking to Dagaati Girl after the meeting she expressed her satisfaction at the warm reception that was given them at the Embassy.

Dinner with the Ambassador.

‘The purpose of meeting her was to have a taste of Morocco food and talk about how to use social media positively in both countries ‘ she told @the1957news

As the online media sector has become the new trend, Dagaarti Girl believes that meeting the Moroccan Ambassador was critical for both countries in moving forward. She believes it is important for this generation to reconsider how they utilize Social Media, rather than relying on it for fads.

Blogging has become a very lucrative and prominent business in Ghana, and those who know how to brand their craft are reaping great rewards, as many people have realized the importance of bloggers in the media sphere.
