Emmanuel Sedo, Manager of award-winning afrobeats Gyakie, popularly known in showbiz as Mirror, has been rushed to the hospital in Portugal after he allegedly had a scuffle with security guards at the Afro Nations event in Praia Da Rocha Beach, Portimo, Portugal.

According to posts made by Camidoh’s Manager, George Britton, on his Instagram handle, he filmed scenes of about five security personnel designated at the premises pinning Mirror down in a scuffle.

In the video, George was yelling, “Relax!! You are going to kill him.” “This is not right” trying to calm the security men down, while Mirror also cried out “I’m sorry”. They left him lying on the ground, weak.

Geroge tried to report the incident to viewers, stating that Mirror had a scuffle with them and they strangled him. However, the cause of the scuffle has not yet been disclosed.

After the security left the scene, he was lying on the ground, very weak. The Police and Ambulance service were called to the scene, and upon arrival, they were attending to the victim; however, he pleaded with Britton to make them leave him and not hurt him, thinking they were the same security personnel who had strangled him, as he cried out in Geroge Floyd’s style, “I can’t breathe.”

George Britton did his best to calm him down, assuring him that it was the Police and Ambulance service and that he was going to be conveyed to the hospital for medical treatment.

Fortunately, calm was restored, and he is currently at the hospital receiving treatment after being walked to the ambulance by the police and one good Samaritan who claims to be a doctor who came to the scene.

The Afro Nation held in Portugal this evening hosts a galaxy of music superstars, including the likes of 50 Cent from the States, Wizkid, Popcan, Burna Boy, Fireboy DML, and other artistes.

The annual three-day music festival organized by Live Nation, Event Horizon, Smade Entertainment, and Memories of Tomorrow brings together and celebrates African artists performing all kinds of genres, from Afroveats to Hip-hop, Amapiano, and Dancehall.
