Video sharing app TikTok has filed a suit to challenge the law signed by Governor Gregory to ban TikTok in Montana state effective 1 January. An already signed pink sheet has been detected by Mr. Nurudeen Hamidan, an executive of the opposition party, National Democratic Congress (NDC), in the ongoing by-election in Kumawu to elect a parliamentary candidate following the death of the incumbent.
