The Government of Ghana has officially reverted the name of the country’s main international airport from Kotoka International Airport to Accra International Airport. The Upper West Regional Command of the Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) has intercepted two Rhino Kia trucks loaded with unauthorized substances at Kaleo in the Nadowli District of the Upper West Region. The Centre for Democratic Movement (CDM) has cautioned that Ghana could face a generational education catastrophe if urgent steps are not taken to address mounting teacher shortages.
