The death of one of EIB Network’s broadcasters, Naa Ayorkor, has brought sad news to the network.
Naa Ayorkor was a popular broadcaster with Takoradi-based Empire FM, a subsidiary of the EIB Network.
Naa reportedly died on Monday, May 30, 2022, after a brief illness.
It is unclear the cause of her death. Naa Ayorkor was the host of the station’s midday show, “Brunch Mix,” until her untimely death.
Her colleagues were taken aback because the Takoradi-based female presenter showed no signs of illness, according to them.
They have since taken to social media to express their sorrow over Naa Ayorkor’s death.
