High-Flying Mohammed Kudus Nets Brace In Ajax 5-0 Thumping Victory Over SC Heerenven

Few days after putting up a stellar performance in Ajax’s Champions League win over Rangers, Ghanaian international Mohammed Kudus put up another big performance with a brace against Heerenven in the Eredevisie on Saturday.

The 22 year old has hit fine form after his Summer Transfer deadline day move to Everton fell through, subsequently putting his early season frustrating spells on the bench behind him with some magnificent displays in the space of just a week.

Manager Alfred Schreuder grew faith in the youngster and opted to deploy him as a false 9 in the last 2 games, with the gaffers decision significantly justified by the wingers output in both games.

Mohammed Kudus was in cloud nine in their Saturday Eredevisie fixture against Heerenven with a second half brace in a space of just 11 minutes with some cool finishes to propel the defending champions to another convincing victory.

The winger’s performances has allowed him stake a claim for a starting berth in this brilliant Ajax side, after

scoring four times and providing an assist in his last 3 games.
