Melcom, Ghana’s “No. 1 Shopping Destination” has announced the appointment of esteemed media personality Giovani Caleb as its new Brand Ambassador.

Giovani joins the Melcom family as part of the brand’s ongoing commitment to engaging customers through freshness, excitement, and unparalleled value.

His energetic personality, significant influence, and profound connection with audiences across Ghana make him an ideal representative of Melcom’s vision of affordability, quality, and community impact.

Giovani’s responsibilities will include supporting major campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and nationwide promotions, including the highly anticipated Christmas campaign, ‘Santa’s Savings at Melcom.’

Giovani expressed his excitement at joining Melcom saying, “if you know me, you know I love good people, good vibes and good value. So joining the Melcom family already feels like home.”

“Melcom is one of those brands that has quietly been part of our everyday lives — from childhood shopping trips to adulthood responsibilities. It’s grown with us, served us, and continued to evolve with the times.

“I’ve always believed that the strongest brands are the ones that truly serve people — not just through what they sell, but through care, consistency, and community. That’s what makes this partnership so meaningful to me.

“This is more than a collaboration. It’s about people, progress, and proudly Ghanaian excellence. I’m excited to be part of the journey as we reimagine service together,” he stressed.

Melcom anticipates a dynamic partnership that will further strengthen customer engagement and reinforce the brand’s commitment to its clientele.
