A Senior High School graduate believed to be his 20’s identified as Evans Wireko has been stoned to death at a galamsey site by some persons at Fobinso near Denkyira Obuasi now New Obuasi in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central Region. A fierce move by the military to nab supposedly enskinned Bawku Naba and the Overlord of Mamprugu at Nalerigu at midnight was circumvented by angry youth after they clashed with the soldiers.
